Primary renal non Hodgkin's lymphoma is a rare disease. The authors report a case of primary follicular lymphoma of the kidney diagnosed on nephrectomy specimen in a 53 year old man. In the light of this case and a review of the literature, aetiopathogenic, diagnostic and therapeutic aspects are discusses.
原发性肾非霍奇金淋巴瘤是一种罕见疾病。作者报告了一例53岁男性患者，经肾切除标本诊断为原发性肾滤泡性淋巴瘤。结合该病例及文献复习，对其病因、诊断及治疗方面进行了讨论。
