Abstract

Four cases of intrascrotal hematoma simulating testicular rupture were noted in teenagers. Careful sonographic technique allowed for the discovery of the normal testicle in a more peripheral location in the scrotum. Duplex doppler aided in confirming a normal testis in one case.

在青少年中发现了4例模拟睾丸破裂的阴囊内血肿。仔细的超声检查技术能够发现正常睾丸位于阴囊更外周的位置。在1例病例中，双功能多普勒有助于确认睾丸正常。
