We report a case of Crohn's disease diagnosed 13 years ago, complicated by a psoas abscess. The main symptoms were flexion deformity of the hip, pain and fever. Diagnosis was made by CT-scan. Surgical and CT-guided percutaneous drainage was ineffective and the abscess relapsed. Surgical resection of the affected bowel with abscess drainage, provided patient's healing.
我们报告一例13年前诊断为克罗恩病的病例，该病例并发腰大肌脓肿。主要症状为髋关节屈曲畸形、疼痛和发热。通过CT扫描做出诊断。手术及CT引导下经皮引流均无效，脓肿复发。切除受累肠段并引流脓肿后，患者痊愈。
