We report a case of xanthogranulomatous abscess of the left psoas muscle in a patient who underwent nephrectomy for xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis four years earlier. Pathogens unlike those usually found in this type of inflammatory reaction were grown on culture. The possible relationship between the two infectious disease processes is analyzed.
我们报告了一例左腰大肌黄色肉芽肿性脓肿病例，该患者四年前因黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎接受了肾切除术。在培养过程中培养出了与这类炎症反应中通常发现的病原体不同的病原体。分析了这两种感染性疾病过程之间可能的关系。
