Abstract

The structures of new polymeric compounds containing Cu(II) ions and btp (2,6-bis(N'-1,2,4-triazolyl)pyridine) ligands have been determined. The btp ligands bridge Cu(II) ions to form double zigzag chains, [Cu(ClO4)2(btp)2] 3 with perchlorate anions, and form single zigzag chains, Cu(btp)(H2O)4.2H2O 4 with sulfate anions. The polymeric compound 3 was found to effectively catalyze the epoxide ring-opening reaction with methanol, while polymeric compound 4 was almost inactive with epoxides under the same conditions. The polymeric compound 3 showed an efficient catalytic activity and regioselective reactivity in the ring opening of epoxides and allowed reuse without a significant loss of activity through three runs with epoxides.

摘要

含铜(II)离子和btp(2,6 - 双(N'-1,2,4 - 三唑基)吡啶)配体的新型聚合物化合物的结构已被确定。btp配体桥连铜(II)离子形成双锯齿链,即含高氯酸根阴离子的[Cu(ClO4)2(btp)2] 3 ,并形成含硫酸根阴离子的单锯齿链,即Cu(btp)(H2O)4.2H2O 4 。发现聚合物化合物3能有效催化与甲醇的环氧开环反应,而聚合物化合物4在相同条件下对环氧化物几乎无活性。聚合物化合物3在环氧化物开环反应中表现出高效的催化活性和区域选择性反应性,并且在与环氧化物进行三轮反应后可重复使用而活性无显著损失。
