Abstract

AIM OF THE STUDY

Analysis of indications and post-operative course in patients after obstetric hysterectomy.

MATERIAL AND METHODS

45 cases of obstetric hysterectomy were analysed.

RESULTS

Mean age of operated woman was 32.18 +/- 4.31 years. Mean gestational age was 35.9 +/- 1.76 weeks. The estimated rate of obstetric hysterectomy was 2.5 per 1000 deliveries. The most frequent indication for urgent hysterectomy were placentation disorders. Elective hysterectomy was performed because o invasive cervical cancer and uterine myomas. Mean time of duration of surgery was 91.67 min.

CONCLUSIONS

  1. Indications for obstetric hysterectomy should be stated very carefully and the operation should be performed by the most experienced staff. 2. In case of severe intraoperative bleeding internal iliac artery ligation should be performed.

研究目的

分析产科子宫切除术后患者的手术指征及术后病程。

材料与方法

分析45例产科子宫切除术病例。

结果

手术患者的平均年龄为32.18±4.31岁。平均孕周为35.9±1.76周。产科子宫切除术的估计发生率为每1000例分娩中有2.5例。紧急子宫切除术最常见的指征是胎盘植入异常。择期子宫切除术是因浸润性宫颈癌和子宫肌瘤而施行。平均手术时长为91.67分钟。

结论

  1. 产科子宫切除术的指征应谨慎确定，手术应由经验最丰富的人员进行。2. 术中发生严重出血时，应行髂内动脉结扎术。
