Red cell Cartwright antigen (Yta) is very common in the general population therefore patients without red cell Cartwright antigen and with anti-Yta alloantibodies due to previous exposure to the antigen are rare. Report about clinical significance of Yta red cell alloantibodies in hemodialysis (HD) patients are scarce.
We report a cirrhotic uremic patient with anti-Yta antibodies who received Yta positive red cells. No adverse reactions nor hemolysis were detected.
We concluded that dialysis patients with anti-Yta antibodies could be safely transfused with blood from Cartwright positive donors.
红细胞卡特赖特抗原（Yta）在普通人群中非常常见，因此缺乏红细胞卡特赖特抗原且因先前接触该抗原而产生抗Yta同种抗体的患者很少见。关于Yta红细胞同种抗体在血液透析（HD）患者中的临床意义的报道很少。
我们报告了一名患有抗Yta抗体的肝硬化尿毒症患者，该患者接受了Yta阳性红细胞。未检测到不良反应或溶血。
我们得出结论，抗Yta抗体的透析患者可以安全地输注来自卡特赖特阳性供体的血液。
