Abstract

We observed the effect of prostaglandins A1 (PGA1) on the replication of HIV-1 by Northern-blot method in the CEM-ss cells which had been infected with HIV-1. The results showed that the RNA levels of HIV-1 in infected cells treated with PGA1 was lower than that of controls in low MOI 72-96 hours postinfection. The RNA of HIV-1 was dramatically reduced in infected CEM-ss cells when PGA1 was given 24 hours postinfection. The inhibition effect of PGA1 lasted for 9 days when PGA1 was given constantly.

摘要

我们采用Northern印迹法，在感染了HIV-1的CEM-ss细胞中观察前列腺素A1（PGA1）对HIV-1复制的影响。结果显示，在感染后72 - 96小时的低感染复数情况下，用PGA1处理的感染细胞中HIV-1的RNA水平低于对照组。在感染后24小时给予PGA1时，感染的CEM-ss细胞中HIV-1的RNA显著减少。当持续给予PGA1时，其抑制作用持续9天。
