Effects of some factors on efficacy of vestibulo-adaptive therapy were analysed for 109 patients with equilibrium dysfunction. Efficacy of vestibulo-adaptive therapy is shown to depend on location of the vestibular analyser lesion, involvement of alternative sensory systems providing information on spatial position of the body, duration of the vestibular analyzer affection, determination of the patient to adhere to the program of physical rehabilitation.
分析了109例平衡功能障碍患者中某些因素对前庭适应性治疗疗效的影响。结果表明，前庭适应性治疗的疗效取决于前庭分析器病变的位置、提供身体空间位置信息的其他感觉系统的受累情况、前庭分析器受影响的持续时间以及患者坚持物理康复方案的决心。
