OBJECTIVE
To determine Ligustilide in volatile oil from Ligustrcum chuanxiong with RP-HPLC.
METHOD
ODS2 column (4.6 mm x 200 mm, 5 microm) was used and nitrendipine was used as internal standard. The mobil phase consisted methanol, acetontrile and water (33:21:46). The ligustilide was at 275 nm.
RESULT
The linear range was 2.92-29.2 mg x L(-1) for ligustilide. The average recovery of ligustilide was 95.1% and RSD was 2.3%.
CONCLUSION
This method is simple and can be used to determine ligustilide with satisfactory accuracy and reproducibility.
目的
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定川芎挥发油中的藁本内酯。
方法
使用ODS2柱（4.6 mm×200 mm，5微米），以尼群地平为内标。流动相由甲醇、乙腈和水（33:21:46）组成。藁本内酯检测波长为275 nm。
结果
藁本内酯的线性范围为2.92 - 29.2 mg·L⁻¹。藁本内酯的平均回收率为95.1%，相对标准偏差为2.3%。
结论
该方法简便，可用于测定藁本内酯，准确性和重现性良好。
