PURPOSE
To report a case of cystoid macular edema (CME) in iridocorneal endothelial syndrome.
METHODS
Case report.
RESULTS
The authors describe the clinical history and ocular examination of a 38-year-old woman with iridocorneal endothelial syndrome and CME. This association has never been reported before. The mechanism of CME is unknown.
CONCLUSION
CME may cause visual deterioration in iridocorneal endothelial syndrome. We emphasize the importance of posterior segment examination in these cases.
目的
报告1例虹膜角膜内皮综合征并发黄斑囊样水肿（CME）的病例。
方法
病例报告。
结果
作者描述了1例患有虹膜角膜内皮综合征和CME的38岁女性的临床病史及眼部检查情况。此前从未有过这种关联的报道。CME的发病机制尚不清楚。
结论
CME可能导致虹膜角膜内皮综合征患者视力下降。我们强调在这些病例中进行眼后段检查的重要性。
