Abstract

Sacker, a world famous clinical epidemiologist and pioneer of evidence-based medicine, to which he makes great contributions to its appearance and development. He is an outstanding doctor and medical researcher, director of all internal medicine, and an even more famous educationist of clinical epidemiology. He has his own living philosophy, and is indefatigable and conscientious to his profession.
