ArrayCyGHt is a web-based application tool for analysis and visualization of microarray-comparative genomic hybridization (array-CGH) data. Full process of array-CGH data analysis, from normalization of raw data to the final visualization of copy number gain or loss, can be straightforwardly achieved on this arrayCyGHt system without the use of any further software. ArrayCyGHt, therefore, provides an easy and fast tool for the analysis of copy number aberrations in any kinds of data format.

ArrayCyGHt是一个基于网络的应用工具,用于分析和可视化微阵列比较基因组杂交(array-CGH)数据。在这个ArrayCyGHt系统上,无需使用任何其他软件,就能直接完成从原始数据归一化到最终拷贝数增加或减少可视化的array-CGH数据分析全过程。因此,ArrayCyGHt为分析任何数据格式中的拷贝数畸变提供了一个简单快速的工具。
