The aim of this work was to study the landscape ecology of hantavirosis in Rio Grande do Sul state, Brazil. This was achieved through geocoding the occurrence of cases and overlaying onto vegetation and relief maps. The majority of cases occurred during Spring, in highland areas dominated by secondary vegetation and agricultural activity.
这项工作的目的是研究巴西南里奥格兰德州汉他病毒病的景观生态学。这是通过对病例发生地进行地理编码并叠加到植被和地形地图上来实现的。大多数病例发生在春季，在以次生植被和农业活动为主的高地地区。
