This report documents the existing basic concepts about localized infections found due to chronic cutaneous lesions from their identification to their local treatment at the injury site itself. This report also provides a simple explanation how to treat chronic injuries locally; furthermore, this report publishes how to treat these wounds topically by means of antiseptics having a silver base to them.
本报告记录了有关慢性皮肤损伤所致局部感染的现有基本概念，涵盖从其识别到在损伤部位进行局部治疗的全过程。本报告还提供了如何对慢性损伤进行局部治疗的简单解释；此外，本报告公布了如何通过使用含银基的抗菌剂对这些伤口进行局部治疗。
