Abstract
OBJECTIVE
To obtain the hairy-roots of Dendrobium nobile.
METHODS
The hairy-root were obtained by infecting different explants with Agrobacteriun rhizogenes A4 and culture conditions of hariy root were optimized.
RESULT
The best conditions of hairy root culture were 1/2MS medium with sucrose (3%) as carbon material and lactalbumin hydrolyze (1g/L) as nitron material.
摘要
目的
获取铁皮石斛毛状根。
方法
用发根农杆菌A4感染不同外植体获得毛状根，并对毛状根的培养条件进行优化。
结果
毛状根培养的最佳条件是以蔗糖（3%）作为碳源、水解乳白蛋白（1g/L）作为氮源的1/2MS培养基。
