Knitted Dacron ultra-lightweight grafts--a warning.

A 61-year-old man presented with gross femoral and abdominal pulsation secondary to severe ectasia of an ultra-lightweight Dacron graft. All patients who have received this particular graft should be followed up closely and probably the graft should be replaced if progressive enlargement occurs.
