Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To Study liposoluble constituents of Teurium labiosum.

METHODS

The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.

RESULTS

Six compounds were obtained and identified as stearic acid (I), alpha-spinasterol (II), Methyl phaeophorbide a (III), friedelino (IV), lupeol (V) and stigmasta-5,22-dien-3beta-ol (VI).

CONCLUSION

All these compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time.

目的

研究唇形地笋的脂溶性成分。

方法

通过硅胶柱色谱和葡聚糖凝胶LH - 20色谱分离纯化成分。通过理化性质和光谱分析阐明其结构。

结果

得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为硬脂酸(I)、α-菠菜甾醇(II)、脱镁叶绿酸a甲酯(III)、蛇麻脂醇(IV)、羽扇豆醇(V)和豆甾-5,22-二烯-3β-醇(VI)。

结论
