Abstract

We report a new case of inverted papilloma of the ureter, with an uncommon clinic manifestation as a obstructive uropathy. In spite of the bening nature the inverted papilloma of the urinary tract, it can be multifocal and relapsing and it may be associated with low rate urothelial carcinomas. A precise pre-operative diagnosis is necessary for a conservative or endourologic treatment. The followup of these cases with periodic urography and cystoscopy is mandatory.

我们报告一例输尿管内翻性乳头状瘤新病例，其临床表现为罕见的梗阻性尿路病。尽管尿路内翻性乳头状瘤本质为良性，但它可能是多灶性且复发性的，并且可能与低级别尿路上皮癌相关。精确的术前诊断对于保守治疗或腔内泌尿外科治疗是必要的。对这些病例定期进行尿路造影和膀胱镜检查随访是必不可少的。
