[Choice of treatment strategy in patients with distal occlusion of Division I, Class II].

Comparison of 6 groups of patients with an Angle Class II, Division I malocclusions different by age and method of treatment has determined special features, which are typical for Class II malocclusion. It has revealed the complex of parameters, which determined strategy of treatment. Treatment with non extraction of a teeth can be realized in a case of more harmonious relation between mandible and maxilla with the teeth of a small size. 2 teeth can be extracted in case of the expressed disharmony between mandible and maxilla and a disproportion in the size of their teeth. 4 teeth can be extracted in case of the small size of mandible and maxilla and big size of a teeth.
