Abstract
In reaction of oxalic acid dihydrazide with isothiocyanates were obtained the respective thiosemicarbaside derivatives (Ia-IXa). Their cyclization in alkaline media have given the corresponding 4,4'-substituted-5,5'-mercapto-3,3'-bi-1,2,4-triazole (Ib-IXb), in acidic media however were formed the 2,2'-amino-substituted-5,5'-bi-1,3,4-thiodiazole (Ic-VIIIc).
摘要
草酸二酰肼与异硫氰酸酯反应得到相应的硫代氨基脲衍生物（Ia - IXa）。它们在碱性介质中环化得到相应的4,4'-取代-5,5'-巯基-3,3'-联-1,2,4-三唑（Ib - IXb），然而在酸性介质中则形成2,2'-氨基取代-5,5'-联-1,3,4-噻二唑（Ic - VIIIc）。
