Abstract

Two courses of labor with growth-retarded fetuses are reported, during which cordocentesis was performed because of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns along with a closed cervix. Analysis of umbilical venous blood revealed a normal pH in both cases thus avoiding cesarean section.

报道了两例伴有胎儿生长受限的产程，在此期间，由于胎儿心率异常且宫颈未开，进行了脐带穿刺术。两例脐静脉血分析均显示pH值正常，从而避免了剖宫产。
