Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To investigate the chemical constituents from the flowers of Carthamus tinctorius.

METHOD

The chemical constituents were isolated and repeatedly purified on silica gel column. They were identified and structurally elucidated by means of physio-chemical constants and spectral analysis.

RESULT

Eight compounds were identifed as palmitic acid (I), 1-O-hexadecanolenin (II), trans-3-tridecene-5,7,9,11-tetrayne-1,2-diol (III), trans-trans-3,11-tridecadiene -5,7,9-triyne -1,2-diol (IV), coumaric acid (V), daucosterol (VI), apigenin (VIl) and kaempferol (VIII), respectively.

CONCLUSION

Two compounds (II and III) were obtained from the genus of Carthamus for the first time.

目的

研究红花花朵中的化学成分。

方法

采用硅胶柱对化学成分进行分离并反复纯化。通过理化常数和光谱分析对其进行鉴定和结构解析。

结果

鉴定出8种化合物,分别为棕榈酸(I)、1-O-十六碳烯醇(II)、反式-3-十三碳烯-5,7,9,11-四炔-1,2-二醇(III)、反式-反式-3,11-十三碳二烯-5,7,9-三炔-1,2-二醇(IV)、香豆酸(V)、胡萝卜苷(VI)、芹菜素(VII)和山柰酚(VIII)。

结论

化合物II和III首次从红花属植物中获得。
