Spastic tubal occlusion was established by laparoscopy, a condition recorded on tubal function tests primarily from patients with genital hypoplasia. These accounted for eight per cent of all patients examined for sterility. Hints are given on the detection of tubal spasm, differential diagnosis for delimitation from organically caused tubal occlusion, and remedial action.
