Abstract
The article review the clinical manifestations and paraclinical elements that establish the diagnosis of sarcoidosis, especially pulmonary sarcoidosis, according ERS/ATS/WASOG Consensus on Sarcoidosis. It emphasize the essential role of the epithelioid noncaseating granuloma in the diagnosis of sarcoidosis and also the importance of differential diagnosis with other granulomatosis.

根据欧洲呼吸学会（ERS）/美国胸科学会（ATS）/世界结节病和其他肉芽肿病协会（WASOG）关于结节病的共识，本文回顾了确立结节病诊断的临床表现和辅助检查指标，尤其是肺结节病。文中强调上皮样非干酪性肉芽肿在结节病诊断中的关键作用，以及与其他肉芽肿病进行鉴别诊断的重要性。
