To improve the diagnosis and treatment of spontaneous renal subcapsular and perinephric haematoma.
Seventeen cases of spontaneous renal subcapsular or perinephric haematoma were analyzed retrospectively. For imaging diagnosis, we used ultrasonography, computerized tomography (CT) and angiography. Thirteen cases were subjected to nephrectomy and one case was to renal biopsy, whereas the remaining 3 cases were treated conservatively.
After follow up for 6-108 months, 3 patients died and 14 patients survived.
For diagnosis, imaging examinations are very valuable. For treatment, most of patients with perinephric haematoma should be operated on.
提高自发性肾包膜下及肾周血肿的诊断与治疗水平。
回顾性分析17例自发性肾包膜下或肾周血肿患者。对于影像学诊断，我们采用了超声检查、计算机断层扫描（CT）及血管造影。13例行肾切除术，1例行肾活检，其余3例采用保守治疗。
随访6至108个月后，3例患者死亡，14例存活。
对于诊断，影像学检查非常有价值。对于治疗，大多数肾周血肿患者应接受手术治疗。
