OBJECTIVE
To study the anti-inflammation effect of volatile oil of Centipeda minima and the mechanism of action.
METHOD
The animal model was induced by the Car injection into intrapleural of rats, to observe the effect of VOCM on acute inflammation.
RESULT
VOCM was able to inhibit the increase of NO, CRP and proinflammatory cytokines such as TNFalpha in the acute inflammation of the rat body.
CONCLUSION
VOCM has a protective effect on acute pleural effusion in rats induced by an intrapleural injection of Car.
目的
研究鹅不食草挥发油的抗炎作用及其作用机制。
方法
通过向大鼠胸腔内注射角叉菜胶诱导动物模型，观察鹅不食草挥发油对急性炎症的影响。
结果
鹅不食草挥发油能够抑制大鼠体内急性炎症中一氧化氮、C反应蛋白及促炎细胞因子如肿瘤坏死因子α的升高。
结论
鹅不食草挥发油对胸腔内注射角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠急性胸腔积液具有保护作用。
