Abstract
Ipratropium exerted marked bronchodilating effects in 22 patients with chronic obstructive lung diseases. The tolerance of the drug was excellent. In long-term treatment the patients do not get accustomed to the drug.

异丙托溴铵对22例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者有显著的支气管扩张作用。该药耐受性良好。在长期治疗中，患者不会对该药产生耐受性。
