Rhinosinusitis is a complex disease which is still not fully understood. It has variety of symptoms that may negatively affect quality of life. In order to provide the patients with an efficient diagnosis and effective treatment it is necessary to have the uniform classification and clear definitions of the disease. The objective of this review is to present current state of knowledge of this subject.
鼻窦炎是一种仍未被完全理解的复杂疾病。它有多种症状，可能会对生活质量产生负面影响。为了给患者提供有效的诊断和治疗，对该疾病进行统一分类并给出清晰定义是很有必要的。本综述的目的是介绍该主题的当前知识状态。
