To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the rhizome of Anemarrhena asphodeloides.
The volatile oil was steam distillation. Chemical constituents were separated and analyzed by GC-MS. The relative content of each component was determined by area nomalization.
24 volatile compounds were isolated and identified for the first time, representing 70.83% of the total oil.
The main constituents of this oil were aldehydes (31.15%), terpene and their oxide (20.66%), alkyls (8.35%), Furan heterocyclic compounds (6.41%), non terpene alcohol (4.26%). There are 12 compounds with contents over 3%. Among them, borneol has the highest content (9.35%).

采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,运用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对化学成分进行分离和分析,通过面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量。
首次分离鉴定出24种挥发性化合物,占挥发油总量的70.83%。
该挥发油的主要成分有醛类(31.15%)、萜类及其氧化物(20.66%)、烷基类(8.35%)、呋喃杂环化合物(6.41%)、非萜醇类(4.26%)。含量超过3%的化合物有12种。其中,冰片含量最高(9.35%)。
