Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To compare the chemical constituents of volatile oils from Folium Rhododendri Daurici between supercritical CO2 extraction (SCE-CO2) and steam distillation (SD).

METHODS

The chemical constituents of volatile oils obtained by two methods were analyzed by GC-MS.

RESULTS

52 compounds in the volatile oil extracted by SCE-CO2 and 48 compounds in the volatile oil extracted by SD were separated and identified separately. There were 45 same components.

CONCLUSION

The chemical constituents obtained by SCE-CO2 and SD are approached.

摘要

目的

比较超临界CO₂萃取法(SCE-CO₂)和水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)提取兴安杜鹃叶挥发油的化学成分。

方法

采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法分析两种方法所得挥发油的化学成分。

结果

SCE-CO₂萃取所得挥发油分离鉴定出52种化合物,SD法所得挥发油分离鉴定出48种化合物,两者共有45种相同成分。

结论

SCE-CO₂法和SD法所得化学成分相近。
