To establish a GC fingerprint of the volatile oil of Houttuynia cordata.
The volatile oil was extracted from H. cordata by water stream distillation method, and analyzed by GC coupled with FID.
12 bathes of samples collected from different regions were analyzed; the GC fingerprint of the volatile oil of H. cordata was subsequently established.
The established GC fingerprint can be used for the identification of H. cordata.
建立鱼腥草挥发油的气相色谱指纹图谱。
采用水蒸气蒸馏法从鱼腥草中提取挥发油,并用气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器(GC-FID)进行分析。
对采集自不同地区的12批样品进行分析,随后建立了鱼腥草挥发油的气相色谱指纹图谱。
所建立的气相色谱指纹图谱可用于鱼腥草的鉴别。
