OBJECTIVE
To detect the expression of Aquaporin-1,3 in the cochlea and endolymphatic sac of guinea pig.
METHOD
Two-step immunohistochemical method and immunofluorescence was used to examine the expression of Aquaporin-1,3.
RESULT
Aquaporin-1 was expressed on the basilar part of spiral ligament, basal membrane of Corti's organ and epithelialis of scala tympani, and basilar part under the cellular epithelialis in endolymphatic sac. Aquaporin-3 was expressed on stria vascularis, spiral ligament, Corti's organ, spiral ganglion and, the basilar part and the cellular epithelialis in endolymphatic sac.
CONCLUSION
Aquaporin-1,3 were widely expressed in the cochlea and endolymphatic sac of guinea pig.
目的
检测水通道蛋白-1、3在豚鼠耳蜗和内淋巴囊中的表达。
方法
采用两步免疫组化法和免疫荧光法检测水通道蛋白-1、3的表达。
结果
水通道蛋白-1表达于螺旋韧带的基底部分、柯蒂氏器的基底膜、鼓阶上皮以及内淋巴囊上皮细胞下的基底部分。水通道蛋白-3表达于血管纹、螺旋韧带、柯蒂氏器、螺旋神经节以及内淋巴囊的基底部分和上皮细胞。
结论
水通道蛋白-1、3在豚鼠耳蜗和内淋巴囊中广泛表达。
