[Causes and predisposing factors of accidental (iatrogenic) injuries of the bile ducts during cholecystectomy and gastrectomy].

The authors have made a detailed analysis of data of 112 patients who had injuries of bile ducts during investigations on the gallbladder (100 patients) or on the stomach (12 patients). There are many factors predisposing to casual injuries of organs during surgical procedures.
