Abstract

Long-term locomotive regimens of moderate intensity change the spontaneous locomotive activity (SLA). Hypokinesia leads to the SLA reduction whereas additional physical loads cause its increment, changing hypophyseal-adrenal system reactivity, too. Tolerance to hypoxic hypoxia under locomotive hypokinesia tends to lower.

长期中等强度的运动方案会改变自发运动活动(SLA)。运动不足会导致SLA降低,而额外的体力负荷则会使其增加,同时也会改变垂体 - 肾上腺系统的反应性。运动不足时对低氧性缺氧的耐受性往往会降低。
