An analysis of the 10-years clinical use of CO2-laser scalpel in surgery of traumas of the liver in 41 patients was performed. In 55 patients wounds of the liver were treated by the routine surgical method. Laser coagulation is especially effective for treatment of great area flat wounds. A pronounced hemo- and cholestatic effect of the defocused laser radiation was noted which allowed 3, 5 times more often performing the radical treatment of wounds of the liver. Lethality was reduced from 31% to 24%.
对41例患者使用二氧化碳激光手术刀进行肝脏创伤手术的10年临床应用情况进行了分析。55例患者的肝脏伤口采用常规手术方法治疗。激光凝固对于大面积扁平伤口的治疗特别有效。观察到散焦激光辐射具有明显的止血和胆汁淤积作用，这使得肝脏伤口的根治性治疗频率提高了3至5倍。致死率从31%降至24%。
