Abstract
A case is reported of a four-year old child with mycoplasma pueumonia with a left atrial thrombus secondary to aPL antibodies. He was anticoagulated and the thrombus resolved in six months.

报告了一例4岁儿童支原体肺炎合并抗磷脂抗体继发左心房血栓形成的病例。给予抗凝治疗后，血栓在6个月内溶解。
