Altogether 110 patients with initial signs of brain blood supply failure associated with essential hypertension and atherosclerosis were examined for vegetative responses (background, direction, reactivity, activity maintenance). Non-pharmacological correction (acupuncture, physiotherapy and dietetic management) was performed. The results obtained were statistically processed with the use of a correlation analysis. Undue sympathetic direction, especially in essential hypertension patients, was disclosed. Acupuncture turned out to be an effective method for the treatment of the initial signs of brain blood supply failure associated with essential hypertension. In atherosclerosis, that pathology was more amenable by correction with multimodality treatment.
总共对110例伴有原发性高血压和动脉粥样硬化且有脑供血不足初始症状的患者进行了植物神经反应（背景、方向、反应性、活动维持）检查。进行了非药物矫正（针灸、物理治疗和饮食管理）。使用相关分析对所得结果进行了统计学处理。发现存在不适当的交感神经方向，尤其是在原发性高血压患者中。结果表明，针灸是治疗伴有原发性高血压的脑供血不足初始症状的有效方法。在动脉粥样硬化中，这种病理状况通过多模式治疗更容易得到矫正。
