Abstract
We present a case of gasless laparoscopic cystectomy due to ovarian cyst torsion in pregnant women. The course of an operation and postoperative period were uncomplicated. The gestation continued to term without any complication and the patient delivered an average-sized infant. We confirm that the gasless laparoscopy is a safe procedure for a certain group of pregnant women and allows to avoid laparotomy.
摘要
我们报告一例因孕妇卵巢囊肿扭转而行无气腹腹腔镜囊肿切除术的病例。手术过程及术后恢复均顺利。妊娠持续至足月，无任何并发症，患者分娩出一名体重正常的婴儿。我们证实，无气腹腹腔镜手术对于特定的孕妇群体是一种安全的手术方式，可避免剖腹手术。
