Abstract
After recalling recent main diagnostic criteria for depressive disorders in childhood, the authors review the various available therapies: chemotherapies (antidepressants, lithium), psychotherapies and medico-social interventions. Each application is examined, as is the practical management of childhood depressive disorders.
