Based on the experience gained with psychoneurological examinations of 436 patients suffering from circulatory encephalopathy, the author reviews problems of its efficient classification and distinguishes the type of its clinical course (slow-progressing, rapid-progressing, galloping and remitting) and the clinical variety of the neuropsychic defect (mnemonic, affective, paranoiac). Describes methods of differentiated treatment of circulatory encephalopathy, carried out with regard to the patients' age, individual response to the drugs and selective influence of the latter ones on the structure of the neuropsychic defect.
基于对436例患有循环性脑病患者进行精神神经检查所获得的经验，作者回顾了其有效分类的问题，并区分了其临床病程类型（缓慢进展型、快速进展型、暴发型和缓解型）以及神经精神缺陷的临床种类（记忆型、情感型、偏执型）。描述了针对循环性脑病的差异化治疗方法，这些方法是根据患者的年龄、对药物的个体反应以及药物对神经精神缺陷结构的选择性影响来实施的。
