The authors analysed the results of complex radiologic examination of 46 patients who underwent operation for meningomyelocele (survey spondylograms and tomograms, pneumoencephalography and myelography with omnipac). Double positive-negative contrast study of the subarachnoid space on the level of the meningomyelocele as well as the hernial sac allows authentic judgement on the degree of disorders in the spine, hernial sac, and the c.s.f. system.
作者分析了46例因脊髓脊膜膨出接受手术患者的综合放射学检查结果（脊柱X线平片和体层摄影、气脑造影和使用碘苯酯的脊髓造影）。在脊髓脊膜膨出以及疝囊水平对蛛网膜下腔进行双阳性-阴性对比研究，能够对脊柱、疝囊和脑脊液系统的病变程度作出可靠判断。
