[Personal suggestions to write and publish SCI cited papers].

The Science Citation Index (SCI) was introduced primarily as a method of information retrieval and has also been used as an objective measure of the quality of an academic journal. How to write and publish a SCI cited paper has been posed to the daily schedule of scientific researchers. This paper gives some suggestions according to the author's experience in writing and publishing SCI cited papers. In preparing a manuscript of high quality in English, one should possess an excellent English ability, carefully read the "Instructions for authors" of the journal which you will submit to, carefully and seriously prepare the manuscript in English and revise it according to the peer reviewed comments.
