Changes in the acid-base state and acid-transport function of blood were studied in 59 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer bleedings. More than 50% of the changes were more pronounced in patients with a deficient globular volume and its recovery was somewhat slower. In spite of reduced values of the concentration of hemoglobin in blood, 2,3-DPH and ATP of erythrocytes, most patients were found to have satisfactory compensation of the acid-transport function and balanced oxygen affinity for hemoglobin during the whole postoperative period.
对59例胃十二指肠溃疡出血患者的酸碱状态及血液酸转运功能变化进行了研究。超过50%的变化在红细胞容积不足的患者中更为明显,且其恢复稍慢。尽管患者血液中血红蛋白、红细胞2,3-二磷酸甘油酸(2,3-DPG)和三磷酸腺苷(ATP)的浓度值降低,但在整个术后期间,大多数患者的酸转运功能得到了满意的代偿,血红蛋白的氧亲和力保持平衡。
