Abstract
Behavioral effects of low, sub-pyrogenic doses of IL-lbeta were investigated in rats. It was shown that increasing of anxiety level started to occur as of the 5th day of the administration course. The data obtained suggest importance of pro-inflammatory cytokines in pathogenesis of psycho-emotional disorders.

研究了低剂量、亚致热剂量的白细胞介素-1β对大鼠的行为影响。结果表明，在给药过程的第5天开始出现焦虑水平升高。所获得的数据表明促炎细胞因子在心理情绪障碍发病机制中的重要性。
