Abstract

From the roots of Ligularia lapathifolia two new eremophilane-type sesquiterpenes have been isolated. Their structures were established as 3beta-angeloyloxy-8beta-hydroxy-6alpha,15beta-epoxy-eremophil-7(11)-en-12,8alpha-olide (1) and 8betaH-eremophil-3,7(11)-dien-12,8alpha (15,6alpha)-diolide (2) by spectroscopic methods including 2D NMR experiments.

从宽叶橐吾的根部分离出了两种新的艾里莫芬烷型倍半萜。通过包括二维核磁共振实验在内的光谱方法，确定它们的结构分别为3β-当归酰氧基-8β-羟基-6α,15β-环氧-艾里莫芬-7(11)-烯-12,8α-内酯（1）和8βH-艾里莫芬-3,7(11)-二烯-12,8α(15,6α)-二醇内酯（2）。
