Abstract
Mesenteric chylous cyst is rare, with only 50 cases reported up to 1987. Its common presenting features are abdominal pain and distension. An unusual presentation of postprandial pain due to chylous cyst of the mesentery is reported.

肠系膜乳糜囊肿较为罕见，截至1987年仅有50例报道。其常见的临床表现为腹痛和腹胀。本文报道了一例因肠系膜乳糜囊肿引起的餐后疼痛的不寻常表现。
