Chylous cysts are medical rarities found mainly in the mesentary of the small intestine and the retroperitoneal space. Other localities are extremely rare and difficult to explain. A case of chylous cyst of the mesentery of the transverse colon is presented with brief review of the literature. The etiologic, pathogenetic and clinical features, diagnosis and treatment is discussed.
乳糜囊肿实属医学罕见病例，主要见于小肠系膜和腹膜后间隙。其他部位极为罕见且难以解释。本文报告一例横结肠系膜乳糜囊肿病例，并对相关文献进行简要回顾。文中讨论了其病因、发病机制、临床特征、诊断及治疗方法。
