Abstract

BACKGROUND

Speech and voice training for laryngectomized patients with tracheoesophageal prosthesis.

AIM

to compare the quality of oral communication of a group of laryngectomized patients with tracheoesophageal prostheses, pre and post speech and voice training.

METHOD

Voice and speech samples of 17 laryngectomized patients were analyzed before and after receiving speech and voice training. The voice and speech samples were mixed and presented to speech-language pathologists for assessment.

RESULTS

Statistically significant (Binomial Test) improvement was observed.

CONCLUSION

It can be concluded that the proposed training improved the speech patterns, including melody and singing.

背景

对接受气管食管造瘘发音重建术的喉切除患者进行言语和嗓音训练。

目的

比较一组接受气管食管造瘘发音重建术的喉切除患者在言语和嗓音训练前后的口语交流质量。

方法

对17名喉切除患者在接受言语和嗓音训练前后的嗓音和言语样本进行分析。将嗓音和言语样本混合后交给言语病理学家进行评估。

结果

观察到有统计学意义的(二项式检验)改善。

结论

可以得出结论,所提议的训练改善了言语模式,包括旋律和歌唱。
