Clinicoroentgenological evidence is described for 3 patients with nonresectable hepatic angiosarcoma. Two of these underwent therapeutic embolization of hepatic artery. Differential diagnosis between angiosarcoma and other hepatic malignancies by angiographic images seems impossible. Hepatic artery embolization can be employed as palliative treatment of advanced angiosarcomas.
