Abstract
Clinicoroentgenological evidence is described for 3 patients with nonresectable hepatic angiosarcoma. Two of these underwent therapeutic embolization of hepatic artery. Differential diagnosis between angiosarcoma and other hepatic malignancies by angiographic images seems impossible. Hepatic artery embolization can be employed as palliative treatment of advanced angiosarcomas.

本文描述了3例不可切除性肝血管肉瘤患者的临床X线证据。其中2例接受了肝动脉治疗性栓塞。通过血管造影图像鉴别血管肉瘤与其他肝脏恶性肿瘤似乎不太可能。肝动脉栓塞可作为晚期血管肉瘤的姑息治疗方法。
